Herman Pant -- Cut too Big

I own the Herman Pant - Wood Thrush / 28 and these fit perfectly! But I ordered the same size in the Herman Pant Khaki and they fit as if they are 2-3 sizes too big. The inseam is too long and the waist is too big.

White pocket lining sucks!

I absolutely love the look and functionality of these pants. They work excellent in the Alaskan bush as well as for a night out in town. The only thing I absolutely hate about these pants is how visible the white pocket lining is. The discontinued version of these pants did not have the white lining visible at all. It really kills what would be a a perfect pant for me.

Wish this version want discontinued!

I live in Alaska where I hunt big game, small game, upland birds and waterfowl a ton. I also train hunting dogs and guide upland bird hunts in Idaho. It is extremely important to me to have clothing that is extremely functional with rugged use while at the same time looking professional and fitting in to other activities. This pant so far fits the bill for me. The issue that I have with these pants is that they seem to have discontinued the wood thrush color and also changed the pocket lining on the newer versions so that the white is visible. I usually wear a 34 but since the wood thrush color Herman pant with the hidden pocket lining is out of stock in my size, I had to order a 36. The 36 works ok but is baggy. I wish Marsh Wear would have kept the version without the pocket lining issue and I also like a brown color option.
