Grab your favorite fitting garment & a ruler to measure according to the image above. Apply those values to the table to determine which size will fit you best.
(1) Chest - Measure 1" below armholes from one side to the opposing side.
(2) Body - Measure the highest point on the neck seam to the bottom of the garment.
(3) Sleeve - Measure the center back of the garment to the edge of the sleeve.

What a great shirt and it looks great on me. I paired the shirt with a pair of Long Haul pants. I really enjoyed the look and the built in stretch. It great wearing a shirt that moves with you and doesn't fight your every move. I wore this shirt all day in the northern Minnesota grouse woods and it came out looking no worse for the wear. The stretch made swinging on those fast flying birds a breeze. Now if they could build a shirt that helped me hit them.
